The "they" you're looking for is Bohemian Grove. It's an annual gathering of media, political, business, and technology elite to discuss their plans each year. In wikileaks, we had leaked do uments detailing how the U.S. Government spies on its citizens, how every major cell phone company, ISP, and social media site has engineered backdoors for the government to spy on you, how lenovo laptops contained chinese malware for over a decade that allowed the Chinese government to know anything you did on them (and our government knew about it too, how the media and the democratic party collude to rig primary and general elections and control the narrative, how George Soros was using paid protestors and buying political campaigns to influence world events in order to collapse western civilization, ect. It was all there. Everything we long suspected was not only happening, but far worse and more pervasive than we ever imagined.

These people are luciferian types and plan to use MCGW to control the population size. There are over 6 Billion people, and some of these idiots BELIEVE that there should be only 500 Million people on this planet.
These people are for chaos, they seem to like ISIS and BLM type groups. HRC was their pick for prez, so you know you made a good decision if you vote contrary to their agenda.

There's nothing left to steal from Louisiana, except cheap labor. They vote to keep minimum wage low, they vote to kill unions, they vote to off shore jobs, they have right to work. And then bitch about jobs and the economy. If more people from Louisiana had a clue about life in other states, they all leave.

It worked to get Hillary the nomination. They simply didn't count on Trump remaining popular enough to win. See, no matter what one does to rig an election, they can only do so much: so many dead people, so many illegals, so many people registered in multiple states, ect. They can only bash a candidate literally every hour of every day in the media and pop culture. At the end of the day, people vote. In this case, they were not counting on so many voters voting against them in northern blue states. They simply didn't have quite enough fraud to win (despite that upwards of 6 million registered and active voters on our voter rolls are over the age of 120 and at minimum 2 million illegal immigrants are registered to vote). There is only so much fraud. There simply must have been a landslide to over come it all.

You're touching on some interesting points. I started to become a bit of a tinfoil/doomer/alt economic blog guy when I read about some of the neocons' nutty plans. There was a period where a bunch of world class microbiologists were dying, the war on terror never really made sense to me with twisting 9/11 into the Iraq invasion, you have the whack Patriot Act/spying, and a few other things. I think the Alex Jones types have it wrong. These things are not just some plan to control people for control. They're a reaction to fear about resource shortages or something. To quote a review of a book I enjoyed -- this will get laughed at because oil/gas is down now, but think is on the right track:
