I bet heavy on the 1 in the fifth like you said and our horse finished seventh. Got some money on the 4 in the 8th race. I will be chasing aluminum cans all week just to cover the rent. -

A lot of skill there, getting that $4.40 winner home. Got big pick4’s and a pick5 with 2,4,7,8. Still don’t feel great about it. Not really keen on FG but with Oaklawn canceling I wasn’t interested in much else. I’ve become disinterested in SA due to field sizes and GP because of the tapeta.

When I was working I made some good money. Had Saints season tickets and LSU season tickets and lived in a big house. Got a divorce and gave the wife most of my stuff. Long story. It has gotten tough in my later years.

The long shot he picked finished second. The sure thing was a well beaten second but ended up winning on a DQ.

ETA-his hot tip ended up going off at like 6/5.
