I'd say it's a lot more weird to not drink water, especially if you're an active person. You need to hydrate all the time, not just when you're working out.

You're supposed to drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water DAILY. If you weigh 180 pounds, that's 90 ounces of water per day.

I love it... I can actually tell the difference in the types of bottled waters. Figi & Smart Water are my favs & Kroger Spring Water & Dasani are 2 of my least favs.

It depends on the sales tax rate in your state. If you are in Mississippi, the sales tax rate is 7%.
p = price before tax
p + 0.07p = 211
1.07p = 211
p = 197.20

I do. I love ice cold water on a hot day. I don't really like soft drinks so in pretty limited anyway.

I only hydrate when necessary. The sippy cup meeting people are hilarius. Now they bring gallon milk jugs to meetings to pour in their sippy cups.

I like water. I don't drink sugary soda or coffee. Lemonade is about the only thing I drink regularly besides water to keep the kidney stone fairy away. It's got to be real lemonade, not that fake Minute Maid shite.
