I think the law should be the same regardless of male/female. If your a business that requires a shirt for males, then by all means you should be able to require a shirt for females. If you an area that allows topless men (public pools, beaches, water parks, or any business that allows shirtless men such as those around pools beaches, etc.) then women should be able to go topless as well.

A little off topic, but I always found it interesting how our intelligence as humans makes us worry about so much pointless shite like what part of the body is covered and not.

I agree

I think that they have to face a jury of 20 year old males in order to get a permit to do such. No one wants to see 75 year old grandma titties or a girl that weighs 500 pounds topless.

No one wants to see a 400 pound dude with sasquatch like hair without shirtless either, but he has all the right in the world to do so. Hell, he can throw on a speedo if he wants. I certainly would not be staring down a topless grandma or a fat chick, but what I'm attracted to shouldn't dictate what others can wear/do.

You have Arkansas as green but I promise you if you walked into Wal mart without a top on as a woman you'd get tagged with indecent exposure and be headed downtown

Do men in Arkansas go to WalMart without a shirt? Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if they do. There is a time and place for it, shopping, restaurants, and work are not the right place no matter who you are.

Do you think they would lose their luster, so to speak, if we got so used to seeing them?

As someone famous said, once you've seen one pair of tits, you want to see them all

Women can go topless here in Asheville but not sure about the rest of North Carolina. They have a big topless rally here every year. Of course, more men than women turn out in support of the cause.

Of course. Despite all the feminist programming, the most opposition to more relaxed topless laws are women.

No... to me it would take the fun out of it... there is nothing better than wanting to get a full view of a set of knockers , and then she peels off that shirt and you go to pound town......

Yea. I'm sure those with daughters are like....

"We are going to the park and swim. You're 18, you don't need to wear a top. Go ahead let em flop out there. "

Parents are not the gov't. Different story. Parents can raise their kids anyway they want as long as no abuse or neglect occurs.

European beaches and beaches in Miami are sort of like that now.

the best beaches on the east coast are topless.

I think I spot a law intended to prevent the prudes from having an excuse to tell their husband never to take them to state X, and only to state Y, based on toplessness scaring their children for life.

I'm willing to put up with the collateral damage to see the good goods.

I wouldn't have taken much of a nudge to have been a nudist if they weren't so generally fringe and odd and the women generally not the cream of the female crop.

I think the only women that would take advantage of this law are women no one wants to see topless.

No guys don't but if a teenager is coming from a Waterpark or something and he doesn't have a shirt on he'd get some weird looks but not necessarily thrown out. But it would be completely prohibited if it was a female
