Do you speak out or keep quiet when your wife/girlfriend watches Trashy TV?

I try to remain quiet or walk out of the room...but damn! Some of these shows are miserable: Dance Moms, The Bachelorette, E News...the list goes on!
What does the OT do in these situations other than drive their BMWs to the lake, where they board their 100 ft yachts, watch their large screen Sony TVs, eat caviar, and bang their irl 10 side pieces?

She DVRs them and watches them in the morning or while I'm gone. I told her to keep private shame private.

My wife doesn't watch that trash, but if she did i'd probably tease her about it. Question her intellect.

Read something, play on my phone, go do something else. I can tune it out pretty easily. It's just bridal shows though, beyond that she hates trashy reality shows. It's cool, she doesn't have to watch basketball with me either.

The bedroom TV is hers and the living room TV is mine. Both have DVRs. Works for me. But I do tell her that her shows are fricking stupid. The "my 600 lb life" show makes me want to yack.

oh shite, another show she watches. yeah, while i can understand people watching the show, if you are over weight, i could see the shite inspiring some one to get out and lose weight, but it's nasty.
the one chick, her hoosier boyfriend had to hose her off and use a long arse scrub brush, and also had to wipe her arse with a towel. ewf

I watch my "chick crap" as he calls it when he's either asleep or not home. That way I don't have to hear him bitch about how horrible those shows are. We watch a lot of other shows together (GoT, Silicon Valley, Gotham, etc) so it's not like I don't have some decent taste in tv shows

My wife knows she can't watch it on the big screen. She used to go into bedroom but now doesn't watch any of it anymore.
