That's what a brotha that works for us said. Went like this:

"You look at wrasslin?"

"Do I do what?"

"Look at wrasslin"

"Look at wrasslin?"

"Yeaaa"

"What does that mean?"

"Ju know, looking at wrasslin on tv"

"Do I watch Wrassling on TV? Like WWE wrassling?"

"Yeaaa"

"No, I don't really watch Wrassling"

"Ok den"

Just thought I'd share.

When I worked midnight shifts, I used to watch ECW. That's the outfit that started using folding chairs and picnic tables.

Wasn't that what Junk Yard Dog, Iron Sheik and the gang was before WWF? If so, I use to enjoy looking at that wrasslin.

Saying "look at" a television program instead of "watch" is something that I have heard a few older usually black folk say.

Yea Sonny is pretty old. I'd say somewhere between 50 and 80. It's hard to tell. He likes looking at Wrasslin though.

I looked at it when I was young (Mid South), and when my son was young (WWE).

With racial relations at a low point this guy reaches out to find some common ground and you make fun of him on the internet.

Used to watch it with my grandmother in Catahoula Parish on El Dorado television in the 60's and early 70's.

Then she watched the world turn.
