It seems risky in today's culture of road rage and violence. Who gets the bird?
I shoot the bird and friends and family only. It is a sign of love and acceptance for me.

I usually just say to myself "what the frick" "are you a fricking idiot?" "FUCCCCCKKK" "who does this fricking dumbass think he is" "frick YOU DUDE".

I use the chin flick when driving. (Eta: I say moron in a Napoleon Dynamite vice a lot while driving as well) The bird is usually just a humorous fu to friends.

Just to friends. I always think people look silly when they flip off other drivers. So I stopped doing it. I just yell and give them crazy faces now.

more rarely to other drivers than I used to. I am sensitive to the fact that people carry loaded weapons in the car.

Anytime someone isn't driving the way I want them to I lay on my horn and flip them the bird. The funniest is when I pull up next to them and they roll down their window to yell at me and I roll mine down while looking them dead in the eye while laying on the horn so I can't hear a word they say. Then when their lips stop moving I yell what did you say and the second their lips start moving again the horn goes full blast again. It cracks me up every single time.
