I mean, you are supposed to arch your back some on bench press, but your arse has to be on the bench at all times
The second your arse leaves the bench, you are done and its not a real rep
3 body parts must be touching the bench/ground at all time: Feet, Shoulders/Upper Back, arse

Idk why you are getting down voted because you're exactly right in powerlifting terms.
If you're more into bodybuilding and general hypertrophy, you might want to lower that arch to get a better contraction in your chest when bench pressing.

He's a moron who thinks he's benching 245ish. I'm assuming those red plates are 20kg and not 25 and the yellow plates are ~5kg.

I compete in powerlifting and even reps like that don't count. I don't know wtf this kid is doing. He looks like a moron
