I wish I could eat meat everyday. My wife usually makes vegetarian dishes for me for dinner. I don't eat lunch that many times a week but damn it I prefer meat dishes for dinner. She thinks eating too much meat is not healthy.

Grilling and drinking beer are my favorite 2 things to do nowadays. If my wife tried to take either of those things from me....

Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork and Buffalo on some occasions.

I consume about 140-160g of protein a day.

It's not all meat as i have a shake in the morning and sometimes for supper. Protein bar after a work out.

Mix it up between beef/veal, fish, chicken and my personal favorite buffalo (which is technically bison)

Well, vegetarian is not healthy at all, nor is it better for the environment. So that is two strikes. Being carnivore is totally sustainable and vastly better than vegetarian. But, you married a snowflake. It is hard to change the decades of BS that was fed to America. But, meat doesn't cause cancer - saturated fats are not harmful, they are healthy - eat cholesterol...you need it. I can back this all up.

I'd be in a fricking nut house.

I grill at least 4 times a week. It's not only tasty, But therapeutic. I love to cook/smoke all types of meat.

6 oz of grilled chicken every day for lunch with a green salad.

Most dinners have meat:
40% of the time it's beef
30% pork
20% chicken
10% seafood/fish

I'd like to increase the fish percentage but it's more expensive.

I eat a lot of chickens. It's kind of funny when you think about chickens. And how many of them we eat. Chickens must've really fricking hate people. Like probably more than any animal has hated another animal in the history of the world. Yeah, there are other predators and such, but like the rate at which we eat chickens; pretty universally too, is quite astonishing.
