Go between Thanksgiving and Mardi Gras
Hopper
Stay away from the parks that are having Magic Hours....tend to be more crowded
Stay off-site
Have a day of no Disney...especially with small children
Take lines to the left
Ride busy rides when fireworks are going off
Save fast pass for when the lines approach 45 min or longer

Well, it's sorta good and sorta bad. You can get your fast passes online as soon as you get your tickets. You can get up to 3 at a time but you can't get anymore until all 3 have been used. There is no longer a fast pass kiosk at each ride. They are centrally located at the park and the line is long as shite. And apparently they made the system for getting them too hard so they have a customer service rep at each one. So you really can only get 3 per day for the good rides. I liked the old system more. I'll call you tomorrow and give you more details.

get the unofficial guide read it go in the fall after labor day to Mickeys not so scary halloween get the app, screw the planning i have been there 20 times now. Universal in 10x better by the way but betting you have small kids.
If they are under 5 go ahead get hotel on the damn monorail. pay tickets early and go ahead and book early passes on month out. So much to tell, seaxh the web orlando.insider etc

Don't grab the long flags on the back of scooters of fat people and let them go to 'whap' them for being slow.

What sucks is they put the rides into tiers. For instance, at Hollywood you have to choose between Tower of Terror or Rockin Roller Coaster for tier one. At Epcot it's Soarin or Test Track. So get Fast pass for one then get there early to ride the other with a short wait.

I thought there was more flexibility with the older system.
