This the kitchen. Isn’t it amazing? This is the living room, open floor plan as you can see. Isn’t it amazing? Here is the master and master bath. Amazing huh? Blah, blah blah. No, I can’t you about crime in the area. I don’t know anything about the structure but it does have an amazing view of your privacy fence. Get the picture?

Poor example. Unless you are trying to say people in real estate are lazy and stupid but sometimes make money because they were born into money and can still be wealthy despite themselves.

Eh. If the banks had not decided to forgive a shitload of debt he personally guaranteed, he would have gone completely 100% broke. He had no idea they would forgive the debt either.
Ironically he fricked up so bad and was such a colossal failure, he became too big to fail. It's kinda funny. He is one of the worst businessmen ever and that actually saved his comically ignorant and lazy arse.

Very high failure rate - surprisingly high. Turnover in your typical office is off the charts.
The average realtor is pulling down 1-1.5% actual commission, and usually has to purchase their own signs, business cards, pay for advertising, usually need a nice vehicle with a high payment.
A friend of mine is a broker. She's done very well herself - she gets 1-1.5% of every transaction her team sells, of course. She shared with us that 90 percent of the commissions are taken by 25% of the realtors in the Jackson, MS area.

I'm fairly centrist. I may be slightly right leaning. But these are the kind of statements that get people like me motivated to vote for a candidate we don't particularly like.

Nah, I just like to laugh at people who support him and how stupid and uneducated they are.
They entertain me and make me feel smart. And I'm glad he is potus. He has exposed stupid people and provided a lot of comedy with his word salad and constantly saying stupid shite. Who knew the CA wildfire was caused by environmental regulations and a lack of water to fight it, lol. It's like a daily laugh fest to see what idiot statement he will make, then laugh at his supporters for trying to make sense of it, lol.
