Should've just got in that lane after her.

I thought about squeezing in front of her and quoting the sign.

She must be a NASCAR fan and knows how to draft.

You not only get pissed off too easily, you were in the wrong. They have that split for a reason. You should have used it, not get mad at her for doing what you should have done.

There are painted lines on the ground that mark where single file splits into two. She was wrong.

There were cars at both order takers, and a single file line waiting for first available. This bitch drove around the line of cars outside the painted lines. She was wrong, trust me.

Oh, I see what you mean. Yeah we don't do it like that out here. We don't wait for the next available, we pick a lane and take our chances. But we don't have dotted lines either. So by local custom she was wrong. Maybe she was from out of town? And would you have done the same thing if it were two big dudes in the car or were you emboldened by it being a lone female?

I'm 33, does it matter?

Positive, and I respect other drivers.

You really care that much about McD's? Not big enough of a deal to get out your car and approach anyone.

So to answer your question, yes you get pissed off too easily.

She had a little posse with her. Honestly I couldn't tell who was in there before I walked up, but it didn't matter at that point.

But like I said, I liked my chances with a blue Kia. I get pissed off easily, but I'm not stupid.

debatable since you flipped out and made a scene over a minor inconvenience.

It's not that I care that much about McD's, but I do care that much about people being respectful, following rules, and paying attention.

Am I an old fogey?

Yes , it does. So at 33 you really have the same ideals as a pimplely face adolescent. Grow up.

Don't eat at mcdonalds, but I'm sure it's first come, first serve. Sounds like you suck at drive thru's.

I thought that there were just two lanes and you got in line for whichever lane you wanted when you pulled up to the building.

I've never been to a McDonalds where the line was so long that one lane split into two. If I ever saw the place that busy, I would not go to McDonalds.

There's a ton of sucky people in the world. What's the use in trying to set them all straight yourself? It's not your job to be the morality police, let the world sort those things out.

Most times the split lanes only hold maybe two or three cars each. Everyone else is lined up behind.
