Do any other Cox in BR subscribers experience TV display issues with CBS?

No other channel does it on my tv. Just throwing out a life line if anyone else has the same issue.
The only channel that seems to have the image deteriorate every few seconds is CBS.

I switched the DirectTV, but since CBS is a network station, you can watch it without your cable. Turn off cable box and put it on channel 9.

CBS wants you to subscribe to their all access on demand channel. I had cox and had problems. Had directtv and had problems. Have U-verse now and have problems. Thankfully the nfc is primarily on fox

We had these same issues with CBS at a hotel in Gulfport last weekend so it’s not just local.
