I always laugh at things like this. Even with a terrible PT this sounds excessive. Did she ask what the purpose was for the exercise? Did she follow her home program? Did she listen to the instructions given to her? If you think you got billed for more than the proper amount, did you dispute it ...

I have experience working in a SNF and haves recently had my grandmother pass away at home after multiple hospital stays. Be careful of the "100 days." For a lot of insurance the first 20 days are completely covered and then days 21-100 have a large co-pay each day under skilled/ part A coverage...
