Anyone ever used WIX or something like that to design your own? Is it hard? Should I just hire a pro?
I need a very simple one to showcase a small food biz.

I know of someone who had theirs built by a yellowpages salesperson on the cheap in order to gain his business.

Maybe take up one of those people trying to pitch you all the time.

To be honest, I was in your shoes once for my business and I taught myself how to code. It's somewhat self explanatory once you get started, but if you have zero experience, I'd suggest Wix or even 1&1 has pretty good templates.

I used WIX. I had one I paid a friend's cousin to do and it was just okay. My current one is on Wix.
It's cheap and very straightforward. Pick a good template and go from there.

Yeah then they hook you for $250 a year for a tiny 1" by 2" ad. In a directory no one really uses any more.
