We get it.

It’s really annoying when you’re trying to park your lifted F150 early in the morning, think an open spot is available near the entrance; but it turns out a damned Prius is wedged in a spot between two other lifted trucks, and you have to continue looking for a place to park.

Let it out baw.

They are really only talking about skin color and who you sleep with.

That’s the diversity that matters. So a manufacturing plant wouldn’t be immune to this since all they care about is superficial diversity. They are fine with you following regimented processes as long as you have your quota of minority groups.
