How am I a victim and what am I diverting? I answered your post directly, and all you could say is essentially "yeah, but it is more black people than the whites". I care about all, not subgroups.

You are right. Poor people.
For instance, I lived in a working class community, which was half and half racial breakdown. The criminals=those who had little to no income. Now the income disparity between races is undeniable, as is the criminal ratio. Those are not under my dispute. But black doctors, lawyers and professionals are not committing crime, while poor whites do constantly. That is why I don't look at things by race, but by one that has better causality. You can say I am trying to deter, but statistically speaking, I am focusing on a more accurate reality. That is the spade.
And it starts with community, so I can give a frick about the black community or the white community, it's about THE community. Sorry if that doesn't align with your rationale, I'm just a guy who must have spent too much time in liberal California.
