The Dillard’s Clearance Center in BR (aka Dirty Dillard’s) closed about a year ago and it was a bummer b/c I could find button down shirts for work at $15 bucks a piece.

Does anyone know if the one in Slidell or Kenner is worth a damn?

I haven't been to Kenner one in a few years but it used to be packed with inventory. You have to comb thru everything to find something decent but if it's still open, it's probably worth a drive.

Not even close. The Dillard’s brands (Roundtree & Yorke) are much better quality.

The clothes at TJ Maxx (not Max simpleton) are cheap and stink.

I’ve had better luck with their pants. My favorite pair right now came from there and were crazy cheap. Like $20 or something.

Second the Amazon pants. They're surprisingly comfortable.

One in Slidell feels like a normal retail store compared to the old Cortana ones. (As in it's much nicer and more organized than Cortana ever was.)

They also have a much larger selection of men's shoes.

Sadly, I think they cooled it on the insane sales so that dress shirt that you used to buy for $15 might be $25.

Okay, Mr. “The dern Dillards clearance outlet closed, I can’t get my Roundtree & Yorke!” Which btw is some cheap arse shite, you’re better off going to JC Penny's.

Maybe the TJ Maxxes here are different because it’s actual name-brand stuff, you just have to hit it at the right time of year depending on the season you’re shopping for.

I’m fairly certain that’s not a real word.

Maybe try TJ Maxx stores?

Poshmark.com has some great bargains on barely/never worn if you know your brand and size.

It no longer exists

Edit:
I stand corrected. It is still open. That’s actually pretty astonishing to me

Dillard’s clearance carries that same stuff only it’s like $10. It’s “old” new inventory that didn’t sell in stores.
