My grandparents had separate twin beds but I don't think they got them until they were old and retired and hated each other and waiting for each other to die was an easier option than divorce.

My mom and dad have reached that point at 85 & 80. She says he kicks her in his sleep a lot now too.

I actually like sleeping with someone, but don't like to be touched while sleeping. Stay on your side and I'll stay on mine.

The only reason I'm ok with sharing the bed is for convenient morning sex.

Your SO?

I know that sounds bad but its true. I can snuggle and cuddle and...…but when I'm ready to sleep, back off.

An old girlfriend that used to get up & go sleep on her couch because I would inevitably throw my arm over her in my sleep. I think it was because she sleep on the same side of the bed as I normally did. I just ended up over there.

I've been elbowed in the head and had my hair pulled by someone in bed. Not a fun way to wake up.

One time I ended up sharing a bed with a girl at a party; I barely knew her but I thought if maybe I just rubbed my dick on her back, she'd wake up and want to bone. She didn't.

Thanks, she ended up throwing up in the bed. Maybe because I farted or maybe not. I don't know. No regrets.

Mikey's sister told me that story. She said she thought you were poking her with your pinky finger trying to wake her up but she kept faking asleep.

I would be all about this if my SO would let me. He sleeps weird. And by weird I mean backwards. Head at the foot of the bed. He said he's always done it since he was a little kid. It drives me crazy. If he kicks me in his sleep, it's in my head. He said he can't sleep in a twin bed though. I love him, but sleeping in the same bed with him is kind of dangerous sometimes. I want my own bed!
