Plenty of very comical/awkward/cringey moments but never argument type stuff.

My dad kept giving my aunt hell for voting for Hillary and Biden. She finally said “why don’t we shift from politics to religion” so my dad said “ok you need to ask Jesus to forgive you for voting for Hillary”

My 18yr old nephew just announced his GF is expecting. We’re changing the lyrics as we speak…. “I’m dreaming of a white trashy family Christmas “….

My mother in law is currently not too thrilled that I agreed with her 17 year old son that knowing the right people is more important than a high GPA in getting great job opportunities. Truth.

I know a ton of dumbasses that fail upward due to connections
This definitely can cut both ways. Especially with the help of the internets.

I hope you added that what is even better is knowing the right people AND having a high GPA

My wife’s family are the most turmoil filled people I’ve ever seen.
My wife’s family is something else. They all live in north Madison County and are all up in each others business. There was always some shite going on about why someone wasn’t there or why we should not talk about this or that.

When we got married, she was really surprised that all of my family got along. We had zero drama. We just enjoyed each other’s company. She spends more time with the Jones side than she does her own.

Yes. The kid is a low key genius (34 ACT) and normal in social settings. He’ll be fine. The mother is an overbearing Karen that I like to call out from time to time.

I am currently in trouble because I caught the flu last Friday which then turned into pneumonia and both ears infected. My wife views this as an intentional act on my part even though my father in law has taken my side.

My mom gave my stepdaughter her gifts early, which led to my 2 year old going bonkers because she wanted a gift too. All we had to give was her “travel Santa” gift, so now we are scrambling to find a new Santa gift and my wife hates my mom.

Merry Christmas.

Having Xmas at my house and my whole family came. Have 14 people staying in one house. Sister got here 2 days ago. Within an hour she said we are going here at such and such time. I forget what now because at the time all I said was you can go but you can’t decide who else goes and she started yelling and I just walked away.wife told me this was the wrong thing to do. Guess she went berserk but it’s xmas eve and she 2as the only one that left. Her daughter, 19, and husband told her they weren’t going either today. I’ve been smiling since. Drama will continue I’m sure

Sister-in-law stormed out the house after I slammed a door in her face. She was raising hell because she found out her and her 19yr old son weren’t invited to a kids party a week or so ago. But she drags drama around with her everywhere she goes.

I just got done working 75 days straight on nights. I told my wife before Thanksgiving that i didn’t want to have a bunch of people over on Christmas. She ignored me. I feel like dogshit right now and have been napping trying to get my body to adjust to swapping schedules. This morning I felt hungover and dizzy and I haven’t had a drop to drink in a month. I think my body is just going “Prez, wtf dude.”

She’s now mad at everyone in the house because she has too much to do. I haven’t brought it up yet that she made her choice when she ignored me and did exactly what I told her not to.

At home — just me and my wife and dog. We did family thanksgiving but needed a break for Christmas. It’s so fricking nice.

Husband swaps work weeks with someone who has kids, so we get every Christmas alone at home with the pets for the rest of our days. It's so, so nice.

I'm off for 17 straight days. Life is good.

One year ones wife got knocked over and broke her arm

Imagine about 39 people in a room made for made 10. Too many alphas (no alcohol) trying to be the loudest and talk the most

How many jobs have you had or gotten or know anyone that gets asked about a GPA?
The only time it matters is getting into law schools or medical, denistry school ect.
