broken collarbone. Bone sticking through my skin in the front. I puked when I saw it.
Same for me. Childhood biking accident. No moving from the waist up unless you wanted excruciating pain. Also blew my finger and thumb up in a firework accident. Hurt initially, but meds took care of me for a few weeks. Had a worse sunburn to tell you the truth.

Weed eating around a barn, I stepped on a water line manhole. The lid was slightly ajar and flipped open up when I stepped on it. One leg when down in the hole , one leg splayed out on top. Testicles slammed on concrete liner with blood blisters to follow

Gallbladder attack was right up there.

how much of your body did you burn?
30%, but not all of that was third degree burns. And I wads very fortunate that they were all in the front, so I could at least lie on my back and not have to be in a Stryker frame.

I own several guns and have been around them all my life. Always wanted to know how bad a bullet wound hurt. Enlighten me.

After I had mine out some stones had dropped from the gallbladder into my duodenum. They had to take them out with the endoscope and I woke up halfway through the procedure because they fricked up my IV so many times I wasn't getting any meds. They couldn't put me back out so I had to just lie there with that tube down my throat and into my abdomen for another 30 min or so just begging for help.

When I was in the hospital a few months ago, some of my joints in my feet and hands were slowly ripped apart. That was a slow, throbbing, pathetic experience. Lost the ability to walk and had to learn to walk right and its still an issue. Nerves are still fricked up. Docs said it might be up to a year or permanent.
About 2 years ago, I fricked up my groin/hip flexor/thigh and that was pretty messy. Went up for a dunk and my foot slid and my legs wishboned. All everyone else saw was me fall and I got a tone of shite. Pretty sure I tore the hip flexor because I couldn't move my leg laterally for a few weeks. It was a bitch getting in and out of bed. It took 3-4 months to get back to being normal.
In high school, senior basketball season, I go down in the 4th game of the season. Avulsion fracture. The ligaments and tendons and all that got pulled so hard it ripped out a tiny piece of bone in my foot (that's still floating around there to this day). That was a furious pain. i realized then that when i get surprisingly hurt, I go Hulk and am not very nice. I went down immediatly and jumped back on one foot and started cussing and I'm pretty sure looking back I went into some kind of shock. The coach told me to be ready for practice the next day. The trainer was like "ok, you need to walk out of here on that," and i cussed her out. Everyone before that thought i was so easily balanced. I'd rather have crawled out on my hands and knees than walked that night. They found crutches. That was in November. I was able to come back in February only for our season to fall apart.
Those are probably top 3 in order.

I can't really explain it. Most people will live their entire lives and not experience a pain that intense, hopefully.
You always hear that it burns, and it does. Then the burning goes away and it's like someone is taking a tweezers and just pulling on individual nerves. In my case I also had a compound fracture in my forearm and all of the tendons severed so throw that in the mix. Then the ambulance ride with no pain meds on some of the bumpiest streets known to man just to get to the hospital and have them contort you all kinda fricked up ways while they take X-Rays and MRIs. I remember just screaming to the point of passing out a few times.

Wooden Q-Tip Straight up the dick to test for the AIDS and other wonderful presents loose women give.

5th cervical nerve root compression. Upper mid back and left forearm on fire for 5 months. Had trouble convincing doctors I was really in pain until end of 4th month after EMG was done. Surgery finally cured it.

Sounds more like the test for syphillis.

Tearing my ACL for the second time. Same pain as the first time but the added bonus of knowing what I did made it worse
