This morning I had to go into work (overtime) When I went to get coffee out of my Keurig, it was low on water. I had to put water in it and wait for it to preheat. Took about 2 minutes and completely ruined my routine and ultimately my day

I was late to work one morning and got bitched at by my boss questioning my dedication. I'd put in 64 hrs the previous week. Later that day, I got a phone call from my wife telling me she got a call from her boss telling her she was getting laid off. My wife was on her last two weeks of maternity leave. (Yes my wife got let go on maternity leave.) So I had to drive home wondering how I was going to deal with a shitty job with shitty benefits and losing a substantial portion of our income with a newborn and keep up appearances as we had a get together with our friends that evening to watch a football game.
The Date? 1/9/2012.

Went to my best friends funeral in the morning
Drove to school for a final
Pulled over heading home
Arrested for a bench warrant that was 8 years old
One for running a stop sign another friend said he could take care of
Spent the night in jail while the police left my car on the side of the interstate and didn't let me call anyone until 11pm (I was arrested at 6pm.

Duck hunting. Quick trip to the riverbank to take care of business. Squatted down and it landed in my drawers instead of on the ground.
