Go on… how would you have handled the situation

2 things can be true at once: Floyd was drugged out of his mind. Chauvin also pretty clearly choked him out. That knee to the throat was no doubt excessive.

Right but in your case only one of those is true.

Thanks for elaborating…

You wouldn’t know what to do with a big arse dude who is a career criminal in a shite area of Minnesota.

I would have done everything they did except pin my knee on someone’s neck for 9+ minutes. That was where he went wrong.

I like how the media fear mongers about fentanyl and says that one drop in the water supply is enough to kill everyone in DFW but when George Floyd is baked on it it has nothing to do with his death.

So how much time would you have restrained him? What’s your next move when you take your pressure off his upper back? Im genuinely curious

If George Floyd could afford to buy cigarettes without counterfeit money this would have never happened. Every action has a reaction... he started this shite.

Well since I answered for you, let’s turn it around. What would you have done in this situation?

And the evidence reflects that this did not seem to have any relation to his death.

Did you know that a knee on the back of the neck does not restrict breathing? Did you know Floyd was saying he couldn't breath prior to being taken to the ground? Did you know the autopsy showed zero signs of asphyxiation?

were a normal, well behaved adult, this would have never happened

At some point the black community (and everyone else who feels the need to blindly defend them) is going to have to be responsible for their actions and stop blaming everyone else for their issues

I can sit on your shoulder for 9+ minutes and not kill you. The autopsy confirmed this to be true. You keep defending a guy who swallowed a deadly dose of drugs then kicked officers and resisted until they were forced to restrain him. Why didnt the EMS arrive from seven blocks away within 8 minutes and 24 seconds so that Chauvin could release him?

So your plan is to let criminals go if help doesn't arrive by 9 minutes? At what point do you release them? 5 mins? 2 mins?

They have no clue. They’ve sidestepped that question four times already.

im ok with Chauvin spending the rest of his sentence in jail considering all the cops that have gotten away with legit murder or severe physical assault.

Couldn't agree more. I am about to go start a thread with knowingly false information that LSU actually has a good defense.

Does this mindset also apply to regular civilians?

Like can we sacrifice one every now and then because of the transgressions of other people??

There were 2 or 3 other cops there as well. He wasn't going anywhere.

There is so much hyperbole from both camps on this story it's ridiculous.
