Denver for the weekend

What better place than the OT for advice on new cities...
Will be getting into Denver tomorrow morning and pretty much have all day left to my own devices. My buddy who lives there gets off around 5 and we plan to hit the town, party, etc. All day Friday to hit up any breweries, distilleries, etc. And going to Arapahoe Basin to snowboard Saturday.
Can anyone recommend any tight spots to hit up in Denver? (FWIW I'm 29 and like to rage) Thanks

I could recommend some places, but the fact that you use "tight" and "rage" makes me think me and you enjoy different types of atmosphere...

Ok, well, why don't you just recommend some places and if it works out great. Trust me I'm great in all social situations.

I liked hanging out at The Source last time I was in Denver. A bunch of "artisan" shops and Crooked Stave taproom is in there.

And btw, Dallas is a pretty cool place to live/party in. You should try it sometime.

if you like breweries, I would recommend renegade - 9th and santa fe. their beers are legit. happy hour sucks though.
