Denial the great American Pastime
This is a popular opinion, but it’s dead on. When we don’t like the message we just find some way to deny it’s true even if it’s staring us right in the fricking face. Significant number of people even deny the world is round now. I have seen this phenomenal in 3rd world countries, dictatorial governments in South America for decades. No one knows what the truth is about anything, conspiracy theories about the sun coming up in the morning. It’s from a loss of hope for a better world. We have huge support here for this all being a simulation. Why do or believe anything id we aren’t real.
Denial just ain’t a river in Egypt anymore bros. And this isn’t a political statement like 80% or you are going to respond to as, or programmed to do so. I am supporting anything political here just saying everything you don’t like probably isn’t bullshite

Yea we’re “programmed” and your dumb arse is sitting there posting an Apple news/Atlantic article written by one of the sleaziest pieces of shite in politics and calling it apolitical wow

Mitt still wants wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He's part of the problem, but the same people who called him a racist and a fascist back in 2012 now gleefully quote him and support him, along with the psychotic foreign policy he shills for, all because of a personal hatred of one man.

Bruh history's greatest philosophers wrestled with this question. What makes you think it's settled?

Are you denying baseball is a great American pastime?

Update: skimmed the article, no way this guy isn’t a troll. Just in the first 3 paragraphs it touches on the climate change mega ultra super catastrophe, the January 6th horrifying terrorist attack, and “protecting our democracy” which is pile of shite politician-speak for using juiced voting machines indefinitely so they can keep getting re-elected

The shite show that is the American media deserves a lot of the blame. We really need to get back to reporting just facts. It drives people to non traditional news sources, and while most people can tell when they are being fed BS, obviously others can’t.
