God, I really, really hate these situations. The excerpt below is from a statement from the Plant Manager of DuPont's LaPorte facility:

The release was contained, and it appears at this point that several of the employees were responding to a leak in a valve. Fortunately, the leak at no time posed a danger to the community outside our facility.

That sounds like IDLH. Immidiately Dangerous to Life and Health. Almost all substances are IDLH in the right concentrations/circumstances.
