Dean Kelly arrested AGAIN on charges of attempted third degree rape and sexual battery

How is this guy still out on the streets? I thought they locked him up a long time ago?
New Orleans - The NOPD has arrested Dean Kelly, DOB: 3-5-1971, on charges of attempted third degree rape and sexual battery.
Kelly was arrested by NOPD Special Victims Division officers today and will be booked accordingly into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
He was charged in connection with an incident that reportedly occurred in October of 2023.

Looks like Jason Williams defended him on the earlier charges and was one of the people Kelly looked to kill.
I wonder if he’ll recuse his office. May work out better for all involved to let the Attorney General prosecute him.

It always cracks me up how this guy always makes headlines as a “star” or a “former actor/model” when literally all he did was an Aerosmith video three decades ago.. i mean, it’s one more Aerosmith video than ive ever done, but still it’s kind of amazing that this criminal makes so many headlines compared to other criminals .

I have a personal Dean Kelly story.
When I was 17 I was at a lake house party in Bay St Louis. I was carrying my mother's credit card that I used for gas and emergencies etc. But I hardly ever used it. That night he stole it from my wallet while I was on the boat. He proceeded to run up like $20,000 on her cc.
When I had him arrested he came to my house with his mother and sister. And his sister sat across from me in a sundress with no bra and flirted with me. And basically offered to "hang out" with me if I wouldn't press charges.
His parents wired my mom reimbursement for the money, and the NOPD dropped the case because they said it wasn't worth prosecuting. Or maybe he called in political favors.
The whole thing was so disgusting. The guy was a criminal and his family was enabling him and making excuses for his behavior
