Dealing with a crappy neighbor

So I live in a townhouse complex, one night came home from the bars and our alarm went off somehow( we don't even know how to set it) and our neighbors complained to the management company who tried to fine us $500. We apologized for the accident and didn't pay anything but still a massive hassle. Well last night our neighbors car alarm went off at 3 am literally waking up every single person on our block. I literally don't care at all, because I live in a densely populated area and it being loud is just something you have to deal with. But I'm also a douche who was pretty pissed about them tattling to the management company. So I go to the ot for advice.
1. Complain to management.
2. Write a nasty gram to neighbor
3. Just let it pass

I lived next to a nightmare neighbor in a townhome once. Never again. This bitch would complain that she could her our noise from taking showers and getting ready for work in the morning.

Well I do care that they complained to management about my alarm going off when we had no control over it, so I do care. But I don't care about their alarm going off, which I think I made rather clear in the op but I am sorry if you thought I was trying to mislead you.

Don't go through your life causing unnecessary confrontations. It's how people get killed.
Just save it in your back pocket in case your neighbor ever has an issue with something you do again.

Tell them you are going to frick them up,let them take you to court. Win in court,they pay court costs.
