It's like a third world country in there. I pass it on my commute every day and usually saw big groups of younger (middle school) kids going in. Gave it a try for about 30 minutes and place was unbearable for reasons I can't post but have been hinted at here.

FWIW I've been to one other D&B in Dallas and while it was an Affliction shirt kind of crowd the experience overall was much better.

Haven't heard anything good about it from those that have been there. My daughter and her friends went when she came home from college for a week and they said never again.

I was blown away how damn expensive it is when I went.

It is a complete ripoff. I can't believe people actually pay those prices.

Went there once and will not go back. Bought 100.00 worth of play on a card and it lasted my 10 year old a whole 20 min. In contrast, we go to Margaritaville in Biloxi and that 100.00 lasted almost three hours and he won 23k tickets which was enough for an autographed Brett Favre picture.

It already was. Some dude knocked his wife unconscious and carried her to his truck. People thought it was a kidnapping, but it was just trash being trash.

Had a great time there before the LSU game. Won 3250 tickets off of $50 I put on the card.

When's the metal detector going in...?

Soon as I heard they were putting one in, I knew that's the crowd it would attract...

Dave&Busters attracts people with metal in their pockets? That's weird

My 13 yr old son and his friend went with the friend's parent. He said it was fine, and not too crowded.

Last time I went to a Dave and Busters was in Chicago about ten years ago. Average food and games I'm not interested in playing.

Went to the Poydras location last Friday. Average food, games I'm not interested in playing, and club music.

Might try again in ten years.

Average food, games you're not interested in playing, and space-club music.

Read Yelp. Went this past weekend and it was everything Yelp said it was

Makes me glad I haven't gone there yet. Figured the location would attract a trashy crowd, especially at night...but apparently they hired the shittiest employees too.

Such a shame because the Houston location is nice and my little one loves going there when we visit TX.

This is what I have heard.

Daytime lunch crowd is OK.

Nightime and weekends tend to be problematic.

I have never been. Will not go unless someone drags me.

Yeah since Barcadia is great and all... You have to get frisked down before you can go in there and they have Sheriff's Deputies everywhere.
