Tried one of these blue light filters on phone and set it to begin at 10. Four nights now and sleep much better at night. These things actually work.

The blue filter probably made the link invisible.

I've been using the orange filter and I've been up for 3 days straight.

I'm confused why don't you just let the phone hibernate?

Think he means putting it in night mode while he's on it, prior to sleeping.

The filters serve no function unless you are using the phone prior to bed

Correct. It's for people who play on their phone right before bed. Apparently blue light doesn't allow your brain to start getting sleepy. Apple has it as a feature that can be set to come on at certain times. You can accomplish the same thing by just not using the phone right before you want to sleep, assuming there's anything to it and it's not placebo.

Just jerk off and go to sleep. That helps more than night mode.

I use the do not disturb mode from 10 - 6. It's set to only allow the contacts in my favorites to get through.

WTF, people need to do something with their phone to get a good nights sleep? SMDH
