I agree. I was saying if those details are true though, then he's justified IMO based on what he knew.
For all we know, he barged in there and was yelling at the kid and the kid pretty much told him to go frick himself and he shot him. Or maybe he just shot the kid out of rage. Who knows at this point.

Unfortunately for him, you need to be VERY clear to someone holding a gun on you what you are doing so that they don't shoot you thinking that you are reaching for a weapon.
I'm sure the cops have shot a ton of people who made a rash move to get their registration out of the glove box because they weren't thinking clearly.

This goes back to my point of the kid being stupid. You don't go into a mans house, frick his daughter, and then go giving him lip when he catches you. You get your arse out of there ASAP.

If the father asked him to step into the house and shot him in the head, it's first degree murder and a one-way ticket to Huntsville to get the needle.
