I have provided links to back my claims and have been very logical in here. You should stick to starting attention whoring threads about your latent lesbians feelings. You'll get tons of attention.

If I am outraged, it is only by your ivory tower nonsense.

I would not because I wouldn't want to chance getting arrested for drugs and having my kid taken away
Which is fine, but you choosing a different option doesn't negate the absurdity of your question.

I guarantee you the short lasting benefits she received from the weed do not outweigh
O you guarantee? Well Tommy Callhan had some wise--even prophetic--words about that:
quote:

Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for now, for your customer's sake, for your daughter's sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality product from me.

quote:

Also as I mentioned, there are prescription weed meds

You've got to be kidding me! You can't be this clueless. This is in AUSTRALIA. LINK It appears the medical marijuana is on the way though.
quote:

There is no current law allowing the medical use of cannabis in Australia, and the federal law regarding drug use places marijuana in Schedule 9 (the most restrictive category, which also includes heroin),
I honestly can't believe you're telling others to think critically when you can't even get basic facts straight. Unless you're trolling, you may be the least self-aware person I've encountered on here, and that's saying a lot.

Sativex contains cbd and thc

I don't know all the details of the story, particularly why the child was drug tested

But it's not about being open minded. It's about not doing things to jeopardize your custody of your child, regardless of whether you think it will help them

I would trade custody of my child to save their life and you would too. You know that. You're just trying to be argumentative and smart.

+1

This is just like the threads where everyone says "I'd kill someone if they did xyz to my kid." Now your kid got molested AND their dad is in jail. Good job, dad.

What? I googled which of the weed meds were available in Australia before posting

And maybe I'm wrong, but it seems the kid would want her dad with her while she's getting poked by a needle a million times a day and puking her guts up, as opposed to having gotten high a few days ago

Ok y'all be up in arms all you want. I'm over it. I thought I made a simple post with legit questions. I can see I was completely wrong and everyone would break the law to give their kid weed. This must be a very common practice. Not sure why this is even a story

Except that in this scenario, the guy's daughter may live longer and/or have a better quality of life.

In your strawman hypothetical, the retribution does nothing to ease the child's pain.

until she gets taken away from her parents and is no longer given the drug.

Which says a lot about you if you think "Why did he do it" is a legit question.

Now if you wanted to apply the critical-thinking you were preaching, a legit question would be "do the risks of being taken from one's daughter outweigh the medicinal benefits?"

Instead you asked obvious questions and made absolute guarantees. Those are both antithetical to critical-thinking, but I'm sure you're too unaware to see that.

Pathetic strawmans are also about as far from critical-thinking as one can get. You're a trip.

As far as I know, Oil does not contain the euphoric THC. Change your mind any or are you anti Hemp, too?

You can buy oil that is high in CBD and very low THC. It doesn't get you high from what I've heard. I'm assuming that is what most would take.

Oh excuse me for phrasing my question wrong

And yes the last paragraph of that post was all sarcasm because y'all are being ridiculous

You obviously saw the point I was making, since you were able to reword it in a way you saw fit

Most oils have a concentrated level of THC but they do make low THC oils for med users.

Yeah. After you made multiple posts about your opinion of how you would handle it (and guarantee).

Maybe next time you can phrase the question accurately the first time instead. That's what a critical-thinker would do at least.

I'm not anti pot at all. I'm pretty sure I'd qualify for medical marijuana if it were available here and I'd smoke it every day or ingest or whatever

I just would be too afraid of the legal repercussions to give it to my kid
