Cruise out of New Orleans.. Recommendations for Hotel for Parking

Looking around for hotels that offering a parking option when porting out of New Orleans. Seems like there are a lot of options. Anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? I usually stay at Marriott Properties, but I am open to other brands.
Thanks.
Also never been on a cruise before... not sure if I am looking forward to it.

I think there is a Marriott right there on Convention Center Blvd near the cruise terminals. If you decide to stay there and call them, I bet they will have some good information about parking.
There are some cruise parking garages, etc all around that hotel, so I have to assume the Marriott would have some kind of deal of some kind.

Holiday Inn Superdome- they have a shuttle that will take you to the ship. I highly recommend it.

When are you leaving?

Definitely don't let the OT's opinion on cruises influence your trip. A cruise is a really nice time - great shore excursions offered, good food and a steady stream of it at all hours of the day, enjoyable shows at night, a casino...and be aware of all the activities going on throughout the day - some of the games and stuff are more fun than you'd expect. The key to a good time is not getting sick. I was on one cruise where even the crew members were seasick - and they said they never get sick. I had the patch and felt on the edge of queasy the whole time but never got sick. Had other cruises with no problems. Enjoy it.

Get a room at the Roosevelt
Get super shitty the night before your cruise
Miss your boat
Stay hammered in the Quarter for the duration of the cruise but continue to tell family and friends you went.

That's a great cruise. We had booked that one for last week and would be disembarking today. We had to cancel though due to my MIL illness and passing away.
We went on that exact cruise last year and are booked on it next year as well.
