Saw this truck at a red light and immediately thought of the OT. Whats the story on this? I don't know how well you can see the second picture, but the back of the truck says "Meth Lab Response Team". Seems like an oddly, particularly specific vocation.

The vehicle was spotted on Burbank.

Someone has to clean up the spattered blood, guts, and brains from those murder scenes.

The cops sure won't do it.

There's a great episode of Insomniac with Dave Atell where he hangs out with one.

You can make good money cleaning up meth labs. Pretty sure there is a EPA certification involved.

They make big bucks doing that. We've had them come out for small shake and bake labs and they do very well.

That same truck was at the casino in marksville 2 months ago. Gambling, not cleaning.

For the murder of the father and son in Metairie, there wasa Service Master truck at the house on Clifford Drive.

Haven't ever seen a Crime Scene Cleanup truck before anywhere.

It is a legitimate business. Not long ago there was a reality show about crime scene clean up teams.

I have heard that the local guy in Jackson, MS that does it makes good money. Might be OT rich, even.

I know a few chics that work for one in the BR area. Irony is, they were both hard drug users 15 years ago.

It is a legit business model. I looked into it once when getting close to finishing out 21 years of paramedic work and wanting something different. Tons of requirements. HazMat and etc. The gory murder scenes, drug labs and the like. There is apparently really good money in it, but at the time I looked into it, work was sporadic.

Yeah, they're doing "cleanup" alright

I kid, I kid

But seriously, if you are a recovering addict, roaming around former meth labs may not be your best move

Absolutely. If I remember correct they made around $1500 just to show up and collect 2 PowerAde bottled that had been used to cook meth.

We'll call them for meth labs but for other crime scene type things like suicides or homicides its the property owner who calls to have it cleaned up
