See anything interesting about this picture? Biden took office January 2021.

Inflation spiked and the consumer went along for the ride.

However, if you look at the whole graph you just posted, it’s clear that economic growth drives consumer debt upwards and recessions drive it down.

Pin inflation on Biden if you’d like but drawing a correlation between consumer debt and the competence (or lack of competence ) of whoever the president is doesn’t make a lot of sense.

We are in an inverse yield curve. It can’t stay like it is in all honestly.

I’ve gotten mine to 849 but it will fluctuate a few points here and there every month.

Consumers have been increasingly relying on credit cards to make ends meet, and it may be finally catching up with them.

It’s all part of the plan. Next they’ll crash the market.

Congrats, still make 60k a year though. I'd rather have a 700 and make 200k

You’d have to be extremely irresponsible to make 200k/year and have a 700 credit score.

When you hear people talk about how good the economy is doing, point them to this article and the amount of debt that the average American is carrying. The bubble is going to pop soon.

Try reading the article.

If you haven’t improved your financial situation in the last three years you are doing something incredibly wrong. The opportunities to make money have rarely been better.
Try working harder.

I’m pretty amazed the national average is 717, figured it would be way lower than that

How the hell is the average credit score 717? That is shocking to me.

I work with so many idiots that are jacked to the tits on so much shite they’ll never pay off.
