I'm assuming since uve gotten this far u have proven so via a paternity test...

You're gonna lose some skin (money and materials obviously) but you're doing the right thing. One way or another you're going to have to find a way to coexist and not fight with the ex. You have to get along for the kids sake. Not so easy with her acting like a fool. But she will settle down some. May take a while.

Not sure if I'd use this recent evidence against her in the court case. But u may have to to ensure u get ur due of the custody. I'm assuming 50/50.
