Hotspot your phone then connect to smart tv. Amazon prime works great that way. Screw cable man.

Get a TV antenna.
If you have Cox in Metro New Orleans 90-95% of the New Orleans TV stations should be an easy catch with a decent one.
I have an outside antenna down in Cut Off, and all of the New Orleans stations are receivable including the 4 low power stations. The new ATSC 3.0 signal is at almost 100% signal strength even when turned away from the city and the 1.0 signals are unwatchable. The new ATSC 3.0 station has the 6 major New Orleans TV on one channel at 3-5 Mbps using HEVC encoding.
Only certain TVs have the newer ATSC tuner. I bought a box that converts my tv signals into streams that I can access on my phone or Roku.
I wonder if the local Fox Affiliate will get more bandwidth for the Super Bowl to broadcast in 4K.

Yes. Especially after we were out for eight hours on Wednesday for “maintenance”. Been flickering on and off since 530 this am and went off noonish for two hours.
