Seriously? I live in Iberville Parish, I have not flooded, I have power and I am extremely thankful. I can tell you, if my cable went out it would be the least of my concerns because there are people in surrounding areas dealing with a lot worse issues.

Like I stated, I am not flooded, I am good, but I am aware of what's going on around me and the last priority right now is cable service. If anyone who doesn't have cable and wants to watch the coverage, they can still do so since CBS (WAFB) is a network station that can be picked up without cable.

Or it could be because tens of thousands of people lost things that can't be replaced by flood insurance. Pictures, family heirlooms, family members, pets. You should probably take the dick out of your arse and realize that just because folks didn't have flood insurance after they built higher that the 500 year flood protection, doesn't mean they they are idiots. Much less the dumbass who is asking about the fricking cable being out when the entire fricking city is under water.
