Couple relieved from Salvation Army bell ringing b/c man exposed his dingaling

According to a KPD report, officers responded to Food City, 1205 N. Eastman Road, around just before 4 p.m. Thursday, where they made contact with a man who said a child walked over the Salvation Army donation bucket and bell ringer, placed money in the bucket and started to walk away when he noticed the bell ringer lift up his red apron.
The man said the bell ringer’s genitals were fully exposed.

maybe i'm confused on how the blood testers work, but i thought you were supposed to prick your finger, not the other way around

I'm not agreeing with the bell ringer, but if he does have diabeetus and he had a severe sugar low, I've seen them do some shite they would never do otherwise. They also have no recollection of what they did. It's scary as hell.

I knew my practice of never looking at these people as I walk past them was the correct thing to do. Works pretty well for bums and the guys in Vegas trying to hand you stripper cards too.
