Not to hijack the thread or anything, but does anyone know what happens if you adopt a kid and later on feel like it's just not working out? Like if the kid ends up on drugs or tries to burn your house down or something, are you just stuck? I was thinking about this the other day.

It's just like it was your biological child. Same options - have him arrested, emancipate him or turn him over to the state.
