I'd figure by the time you're an adult this would go away, but sadly for far to many people that's not the case.

You just described me, but I have definitely done better with age. I don't see the big issue, if you really like her.

ETA: She probably thinks that you are stupid for not knowing the difference between to and too.

Unfortunately, if she's dating me, she's not very picky at all

What's the point of going to check out (fill in the name) restaurant, if the people I'm with could get the same thing at McDonalds for 99 cents because they refuse to try anything new and eat like a 4 year old kid?

The point of going, I guess, was to accompany you. As long as they are there with you, why give a frick if they tried something new?

Because of my interests and things I like to do for fun, someone being an incredibly picky eater would limit that, as they wouldn't care to go try the new restaurant, check out the new bar, or whatever else. Food is entertainment to me in a lot of cases. I have no interest in spending a great deal of time around someone who refuses to at least try to enjoy new things.

What a pretentious a-hole you are. Grow up.

Was smashing a decent chick, she was a West Virginia country girl though and wouldn't eat salad vegetables or anything like that. Total red meat and potatoes. She was still in great shape, not fat, but my biggest fear was that she'd have some massive 6 day constipated shits due to her diet and that killed it all for me

Small wonder you moved to San Francisco. Girly man.

its worse when we go to someone's house where they cooked for all the guests and she wont eat half the shite they cooked. its disrespectful to the hosts at the very least.

That's one of my pet peeves....unless you're allergic to something, if someone went through trouble of cooking a meal, then eat it. Even if you don't like it, just grin and bear it and pretend like you enjoy it. If there is plenty and you somewhat like it, have seconds if asked - it will make the cook feel good.

My SO hates seafood.

It's hard sometimes because you know, we live in Louisiana and what not.

Other than that, no. She'll eat whatever comes with her order based on the menu.

I am a picky eater, but I will try anything once. It annoys my wife a bit ,but I like what I like. If there is something that I don't eat like then I will just pull it out.

Same here I found out in a biology class. I am a picky eater and smells compound the problem. If I do not like what is being served at an event or dinner I just leave it on my plate. I never say a word just move along

I love new and interesting foods, but I can be an extremely picky eater for health reasons. No one enjoys being stuck somewhere because I can't get off the crapper.

I will get chicken tenders and fries a lot if I know I won't be near bathrooms a lot that day or doing physical exercise.

Extremely unfortunate for me because I love being a foodie and trying different stuff, but my health demands otherwise. There are some ingredients I just have to avoid completely now.

My wife can be picky about some types of food, but she isn't too bad.

Agree with the fried food notion for health reasons meaning if it's fried less likely to give me hepatitis vs. the salad bar!

Buddy was dating a grown arse woman that would only eat Sonic. I told him to run not walk away. He hung around for the crazy sex and it ended badly.

There's people at my work who claim to hate the taste of water. When they decide to lay off the sofa they put those flavoring packets in their water.

I stopped reading after page 2 because no one asked for pics. Don't get me wrong, I don't even want the pics (at least that badly). But people here ALWAYS ask for pics. So it just showed me that I don't even know this place anymore, and I needed to do some soul searching.
