I dont even want to post this because i know how the OT is, but i know theres some good people out there.
The last 3 years have been a nightmare for me. I have had nothing go my way. I've lost about everything and keep getting hurt over and over. Every time I feel like life might turn around, I get ran over by something else. I have kept my faith, but don't even know if I'm loved or cared about. I pray all day every day and don't get anywhere. Lately I'm either crying myself to sleep or just numb. I'm starting to be angry to the ones I love and co workers and can't stop myself from doing so. I tried counseling and it didnt work. If I wasn't a Christian, I honestly dont think I would be here right now.
I've honestly hit rock bottom and I don't know how to get out and I don't feel that I ever will.

Any advice would be appreciated
TIA

Care to elaborate? Is this random occurrences or have you put yourself in these debilitating circumstances?

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Give counseling another try.

Without any details it’s hard to give you any specific advice. I also see why you might not want to give any details. Good luck man. I have had some bad luck too but just have to keep pushin

It’s hard to give advice when speaking in generalities.

Don’t give up on counseling, try a different therapist until you find one that works for you. Try exercising. Do whatever hobby makes you happy, fishing, hunting, anything. Just keep yourself busy. Things will get better.

More people care than you realize. Keep moving forward day to day. Things will turn around for you.

You wanna talk about what happened? I'll say a prayer for you but talking it through can be really helpful

Keep the faith, keep praying, and keep (or go back to) counseling.

Praying for you now. You may feel low, but you are loved by a good God. If you want more conversation, or if you want specific prayer, send me an email username at yahoo

I am 57 and have been through some really bad times. Financially. Job. Wife.

It always gets better. Things always work out but only if you keep trying.

Are you me?

Seriously man, I've been feeling the same way lately. I'm so close to losing it all, I honestly don't know how I still have my sanity. I would tell you that things will get better, but I don't know how long that will take. Just hang in there, build your life back. It will be better than it was before.

Not sure what you’re dealing with but sometimes it helps to help others
Volunteer or just find a hobby that makes you happy
As others have said find a different therapist that you can feel comfortable with
Keep your faith, God will get you through this

The body fuels the mind. Get in the gym or find another way to get active. Should help with the sleep too. GL

Dust off and give it a go tomorrow. Weaker people have been through worse and survived and thrived.

Focus on your health and your hobbies and embrace all that is great in life. Volunteer with underprivileged or special needs or at a nursing home and put your life in perspective.

Get with your pastor. Start a Bible reading program

But, more importantly you need a plan, some goals and start getting some productive things done. Exercise. Get your budget right. If you have the resources, buy some new clothes (nothing crazy, just a fresh start).

Really, you need some short-term wins.
