Right, she wasn't though, and your posts in this thread make it pretty clear that you're just trying to get a rise out of people. A girl killed herself because she was allegedly raped, and you're using that horrible situation to troll based on the city it occurred in. I mean for fricks sake dude, do you really think you aren't exercising transparency here?

Are those mounts floating in the air? Mounted to glass?

Imo they needed another year anyway.

No. Bunn wasn't a football player or even a student at the time. All this happened off campus.

Also Buzzfeed is fake news. Don't believe everything you read. The family is trying to pressure UA into a huge settlement of a lawsuit.

What's the actual evidence that she was raped? I'm not saying she's lying, but there has to be some physical evidence that she was raped, or it's just he said/she said.

This was off-campus and the investigation were handled by Tuscaloosa PD and not UA PD - I'm not completely sure where UA is at major fault.

Druid City Hospital clearly failed and needs to improve / revamp their protocols (it is a pretty shitty hospital overall).

Tuscaloosa PD seems to have failed in their investigation (based on the article as written)

Yeah, attack me. Not the rapist, or the University of Alabama.

Why are you so focused on UA if I may ask instead of the investigating police department or the hospital which failed in their protocols.

Id like to see the facts of the case. Is there any hard evidence of rape? Is there any hard evidence of a cover-up? Is there any hard evidence of a plot to extort Mr Sweet T? Lets get it all out there and not settle for being feed hush-puppies on the kitchen floor.

I have my own assumptions but there is no reason to publish them like these media sites did, I just want the facts. That being said, this story could be even bigger than Baylor.

wow, I definitely would not let my daughter go to a school that covers up a rape culture to keep money flowing in for the football team

Dude, just stop. It's sad to see a terrible situation used to try to troll fans of a football team or supporters of a university.

This situation was mishandled, by the police and a university counselor, but it isn't like the higher ups in the university planned some elaborate cover up. And what are you talking about with the football team? What does that have to do with anything?

Now where is your evidence of this? Is this opinion or fact?

I got downvoted twice for asking about real evidence so.....

And how would this be bigger than Baylor? This is one incident. Baylor was multipls.

and involved Baylor's athletic program, and was covered up by higher-ups in the University.

Because

that in Tuscaloosa, only 10 cases out of 98 sexual assault reports in 2016 were heard by a grand jury, and 12 out of 124 from 2015.

Exactly.

I feel bad for the family of the girl and all, but internet news outlets have an agenda and bias. This is a lot of he said/she said with no real evidence gathered.

I could be "bigger" than Baylor if they find a cover-up by the Tuscaloosa Police Department as that would be a huge story - but I don't think that would have anything to do with UA because, again, it was off-campus and UAPD was not involved with the investigation.

I don't think any cover-up would be related to Alabama sports either and is much more simply explained as a "rich/powerful man in the community being protected" type story.
