I’ll never understand why cops and/or people dont shoot out tires. Hell even in movies they dont shoot out tires.
As far as the video, Id be interested to know what that guy was on. Cop is damn lucky to be alove right now. I really thought this maniac was gonna try to run him over.

Because the gun is only used as a last ditch effort and its meant to kill, period. You go shooting at a tire, miss and kill some kid you're fricked because there was not enough threat to draw.
