Hahn then called a non-emergency line at the Police Department to complain about the officer's language.

Moments later, the same officer pulled Hahn over as she was driving home, the lawsuit said. He ordered her to get out of her car. She protested.

The officer then "began attacking her in front of her children who were in the back seat of the car. While she was being beaten and pummeled, Ms. Hahn was crying for help."

As shown on the video, two additional Carlsbad police cars soon arrived. A second officer "began punching Ms. Hahn with a closed fist to the face until she was limp on the floor," the lawsuit asserts. "Ms. Hahn's clothes were almost ripped off."

She was charged with a felony but it got dropped once video surfaced.

All these videos are ruining officers' careers and making it nearly impossible to properly charge people at times. We need to make it a felony to record police.

You can't pull people/arrest people because they call to complain about you. Cops should face kidnapping charges.

You can't just complain about a cop and expect to get away with it. She knew what she was doing, she just didn't want to pay the consequences. Typical coward criminal.

Like I said in the first thread about this...

Hopefully the two kids watching got a good view of what happens when you get a cop angry. Isn't it easier just to not get them mad and not complain? I mean how many punches to the face does it take to make calling no longer worth it?

ETA here's The original thread about Ms Hahn

Do not even need to see the video to know the lady deserved and the cops were doing what they needed to do in order to protect and to serve.

I have learned from the OT that cops are wonderful people and would never harm anyone that was not a threat to the officers safety. We should rejoice anytime an officer rids the world of an undesirable and have a national day of mourning anytime something bad happens to one of the hero's of law enforcement.

We've seen this and while I'm sure this is an example of police abuse, I'm also pretty sure this "average mom savagely beaten in front of her kids" narrative is a stretch.

Not typically. Go back and read the threads. Most think that anyone that fails to kiss the ring deserves a beat down, or worse.
