Man accused of raping woman at gunpoint in Metairie....
"The woman told investigators she met a man at a bar in New Orleans that night and left with him in his light silver or gray Dodge Charger, an arrest report said."

"The man is accused of then pulling out a pistol and forcing himself on the woman, the report said. Afterward, the man ordered the woman out of the vehicle and drove off."

Also, "DNA testing identified Holt, who has convictions for battery of a police officer...Holt was also being held without bond as a fugitive from another jurisdiction."

But none of this was enough to keep him off the streets.
