I live in west Monroe, Lewzianer and I heard it last Sunday afternoon. I assumed it was a fighter or meteor. I used to hear them often when I was a kid. I thought it was illegal to let those happen over populated areas. But the military can do as it pleases as it should be.
It was heard as far away as a Baskin and surrounding areas.
