Any CC Permit holders out there?
How long did it take you to get yours in?
I've surpassed the 100 day mark and have yet to receive either the permit or a notification of rejection.
I know stuff's been crazy in BR the last 3 months so i'm trying to be patient, but c'mon.

They probably misplaced your application (happened to me) and/or they are WAY overwhelmed with applications (most likely)

I it mine a few yrs ago and it was only a couple weeks. I've heard recently people waiting up to 6 months

yes. you can open carry.

Took my class in January, still haven't gotten mine. Did fingerprints locally and no criminal history. Instructor told us it could take a while and that was before the flooding down there.

About 30 minutes, because I don't live in a bass ackwards state. 5 year permit for $100. It took longer to get out of jury duty than it did in the sheriff's office to get my permit.

There have been discusions about this on the Outdoor Board, if you sent in paper fingerprints, expect to wait awhile...
