I have a choice of a new company vehicle. I have limited it to the following choices, in no particular order:

Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

Ford Explorer (Base)

Toyota Highlander (LE)

I'm leaning toward the Jeep Grand Cherokee but I know maintenance costs (which I'm not responsible for) can be a bitch. What says the OT?

Get the Toyota. Then you can wear cool sunglasses like that dude driving it in the picture.

I have an Explorer. I love it but the second row has no leg room and the third is only for kids. I keep them folded down all the time to have more space in back. Toyota drove rough for an SUV no opinion on Jeep. good luck!

They all look nearly the same - in a bad way. I hate what auto makers have done with SUV's. I think Lexus started the trend of pussifying them. You might as well get a minivan. They drive better, are more useful, and you aren't really compromising on aesthetics compared to these choices.

ETA: There is no way I would ever by a Jeep or any Chrystler product.
