Colorado Trip Advice

Going to Colorado in the summer for several days and plan on white water rafting, hiking, drinking at several breweries, and probably go to a couple of concerts. Which area is best for all of this and I don't mind moving from one place to another(well driving distance an hour).
I've been in the summer before a long time ago, but I'd like to here from the OT.

Aspen in the summer is pretty damn cool.
Planned a bachelor party out there because we wanted to do something other than the typical Vegas/New Orleans/etc. type bachelor party.
I was kinda worried that it would be a bunch of old people, but I was way wrong. Great nightlife, lots of young people, and many attractive 20-somethings.
Rafting, fishing, hiking, etc. all easily accessible.
ETA: lots of music performances and breweries as well, per the OP.

Be una Vista is great for rafting, and there are several huge mountains nearby for hiking, my favorite is Princeton. You're within 2 hours of a few nice mountain drives, Phantom Canyon Trail and The Shelf. I don't know about concerts, besides Red Rocks and obviously Denver.

I'm going there in mid june.
Red Rocks is about 25 minutes away for great music.
Fort Collins has great rafting about 90 minutes away.
Several options for mountains, with Rocky Mountain National Park about 90 minutes away.
Many breweries in Denver, with a car service that will drive you to 3of them for like $40

I'm actually going around the same time, I plan on doing Denver one of the days I've been to red rocks, and boulder before. I'm actually going with a group of friends instead of family so I'm expecting the experience to be much different.
I've heard lots of great things about Aspen and Vail, and I do recall some douche on this site making fun of people who complained when they were charged 12 dollars for a bud light; no telling the cost of craft beers out there.
In the winter the resorts are really fun since they have bars and restaurants in walking distance, but how do they compare in the summer?

They're pretty reasonably-priced. There isn't any sort of tourist price-gouging thing going on. I don't know about buying drinks at an outdoor concert, but at the bars, drinks are about the same price you would expect to pay anywhere else.

As I mentioned above about Aspen in the summer, they are great, at least in Aspen (I don't know about Vail). Stay someplace close in to downtown Aspen. Everything will be in walking distance.

Bell Up usually has good concerts. The food is legit. Aspen brewing is a fun little place. Plenty of outdoor stuff as well.

Go to Copper Mountain on August 7-9. There's a free festival called Guitar Town. Eric Johnson performs Saturday, Sonny Landreth and Steve Vai perform on Sunday.

Breckenridge would be good for you. Lots of breweries, hiking, laid back town.
On the way from Denver, go up Mt Evans, and drive across Loveland pass rather than the Eisenhower Tunnel.
ETA-Forgot about the Dam brewery in Dillon. Good stuff.
